    Sign online, then text your license front and insurance to our concierge. We'll verify them and coordinate pickup at Ark Clubhouse.

Renting, answered.

What do I need to rent?

A valid driver's license and qualifying insurance. After signing, text both to our concierge; we handle verification.

What is included in the daily rate?

Choose 50 or 100 included miles per day. Each vehicle page lists its extra-mile rate.

Is there a security deposit?

Each car's refundable deposit is shown on its page and charged 24 hours before pickup. Members pay no security deposit.

Can you deliver the car?

Add delivery in booking step 2; it is quoted separately. Miami delivery is included for members.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund, including the $100 Date Lock. At 24–48 hours, Ark retains $100. Within 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable.

How does pickup work?

Pickup is at Ark Clubhouse, 1582 NW 108 Ave, Miami. After verification, our concierge coordinates the time.
