When do I get paid?
The same day Ark receives the rental payment.
What do I pay for?
You cover vehicle expenses, including maintenance and servicing. Ark pays for marketing, ads, staff and storage.
Who screens renters and handles damage?
Ark verifies identity, reviews insurance documents and coordinates claims. Deductibles and uncovered losses follow the policy and owner agreement.
What about mileage and servicing?
Renters follow Ark’s mileage limits. We can arrange servicing at your expense.
Can I use my car or leave?
Yes. You choose availability and personal use. There’s no fixed-term lock-in.
Can my car be financed or leased?
Yes, subject to vehicle approval and any required lender or lessor permission.
