Rental FAQs

What does the daily rate include?+

Choose 50 or 100 included miles per day. Extra miles are $10 each. Tax and deposit appear during booking. Delivery is quoted separately.

Is my car booked when I submit?+

No. Your dates are locked after we confirm availability and receive the required payment.

What do I need to drive?+

A valid driver’s license and qualifying insurance, verified before the rental.

Is there a security deposit?+

The deposit shown above is charged 24 hours before pickup, or at booking within 24 hours. We initiate refunds within 24 hours of a clear return inspection; banks take longer. Issues may delay the refund.

Can you arrange delivery?+

Yes. Add or adjust delivery in booking step 2. Delivery is quoted separately after payment.

What if my plans change?+

Cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund, including the $100 Date Lock. At 24–48 hours, Ark retains $100. Within 24 hours or for a no-show, payments are non-refundable. Ark refunds in full if it cannot fulfill the rental.
