A note from our founder

I built Ark because Miami had cars to rent, but not the club I wanted to join: a remarkable fleet, a place to gather, and a simpler way to drive.

My vision is a fleet that keeps evolving, easier booking through the Ark app, and a Miami club shaped by its members.

Membership questions

Is a particular vehicle or date guaranteed?

No. Availability is live, and a particular vehicle or date is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

Who is eligible to join and drive?

Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid U.S. driver's license. Identity, license, insurance, and payment-method verification must be complete before booking unlocks. International licenses or insurance require prior approval.

How do renewal and cancellation work?

Monthly plans renew automatically each month; annual plans renew automatically each year.

Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current paid period. Payments already made are not prorated or refunded merely because benefits or Drive Credits were unused. Plan Drive Credits freeze for 90 days after cancellation and then expire; purchased Extra Drive Credits remain on the account but require active membership to redeem.

What is the first-60-day adjustment?

Cancel anytime. If you use the fleet and cancel during your first 60 days, completed drives are adjusted to the public 100-mile rental rate, less eligible membership and Extra Drive Credit payments already applied.

This applies to monthly membership, not annual membership, and does not apply if you completed no drives.

How does annual membership work?

Silver Annual is $2,750 with 12 Drive Credits available today. Gold Annual is $5,500 with 24 Drive Credits available today. Use them throughout the paid membership year. At renewal, up to 3 unused Silver Drive Credits or 6 unused Gold Drive Credits carry forward.

Can members buy or gift Extra Drive Credits?

Members can buy 1 Extra Drive Credit for $375, 5 for $1,750, 10 for $3,250 (Best Value), or a custom 11–100 Drive Credits at $325 each. Purchased Drive Credits never expire and sit outside the monthly cap.

Gold members may gift eligible purchased Drive Credits by email. Recipients redeem in the Ark App and complete normal identity, age, license, insurance, approval, payment-method, and agreement requirements before booking or driving.

How do mileage and overage work?

Every vehicle-day includes 100 miles, pooled across consecutive days in one booking. The vehicle-specific overage rate is shown before confirmation and charged to the card on file after return.

Is there a deposit or authorization hold?

No security deposit or temporary authorization hold is required. A valid card on file and qualifying insurance are required before vehicle release.

What insurance is required?

Qualifying U.S. personal auto insurance must include at least $100,000 in property-damage liability plus collision and comprehensive coverage applicable to the booked vehicle, subject to verification.
